Overview
An exceptional and modern Chartered Accountancy firm is on the lookout for a NEW client manager in their expanding team. They pride themselves on giving back to their staff as they value employee welfare more than anyone. This position will be to look after a varied portfolio of clients, ranging from SMEs to international businesses and from charities to HNWIs.

This role is Monday-Friday 37.5hrs with a hybrid working structure.

Salary is up to £55,000 depending on experience/qualifications. Higher salaries can be discussed.

Duties

• Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact
• Preparation of statutory accounts and corporation tax returns
• Preparation of management accounts
• Personal tax return preparation
• Providing commercial business support to clients
• Supervising and reviewing the work of junior team members
• Working collaboratively with other Managers across the firm
• Supporting business development activities
• Tax advantaged share schemes e.g. EMI
• Venture capital schemes e.g. EIS/SEIS
• R&D tax relief claims

What we're looking for
A successful candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate strong prior UK Practice experience with exposure to duties named above.
