An outstanding nationwide property management company is on the lookout for someone to join the Credit Control team.
They are a team of super friendly staff that need an equally amicable person to look after the payments and processing of service charges for properties, whilst being able to offer help and advice to leaseholders and clients (with training).
This varied role will also include liaising with Solicitors, Property Managers and other departments too, as you'll work co-operatively with all other members of the credit control team.

Salary starts at £24,400 + benefits. As they like to keep a buzzy atmosphere in the office, this role will be office based.
Duties
- Successfully complete the company credit control training programme if applicable
- Manage credit control procedures across a residential property portfolio
- Process leasehold service charge payments accurately and efficiently
- Take telephone payments in a professional and compliant manner
- Ensure full compliance with GDPR requirements at all times
- Liaise closely with Property Managers across the Residential Property Management team
- Correspond with solicitors and internal departments regarding accounts and property transactions
- Respond to leaseholder, solicitor and internal queries in a timely and professional manner
- Handle property sale enquiries from point of sale through to completion
- Participate in monthly conference calls with Property Managers
- Work collaboratively with the wider credit control team
- Assist with producing weekly and monthly reports
- Complete all mandatory and optional online training courses as required
- Undertake general administration duties in line with company procedures
What we're looking for
A successful candidate will have prior experience in a credit control or finance administration role, ideally within property, housing or a related sector.
