We are on the hunt for someone who is confident in managing the relationship with designers, clients, suppliers, delivery teams and everything in between! Taking key ownership of projects, ensuring all run as smoothly as possible and adhering to all regulations.

Your role will play a key part in the planning, coordination, reviewing and delivery of exceptional design projects; ensuring briefs are met and in line with company voice, detailed work is to standard and accurate and projects progress to the right timescales and budgets! This would look like:

• Managing the customer experience across multiple projects regarding briefs, communications and delivery
• Coordinate projects including reviewing proposals/quality of plans, CAD and design proposals
• Ensure all projects are in line with the companies’ objective and brand
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients surrounding plans
• Understand design intent and translate concepts into clear project requirements
• Contribute to wider design and business projects

About you:

• Experience in working within a design led or technically creative environments
• Confidence to engage and understand drawings, layouts and plans
• Ability to communicate between technical, creative and external stakeholders
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent client facing abilities
