As a Recruitment Consultant within the Legal Services Division at Recruitment Solutions, I specialise in partnering with law firms across the South East to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions for permanent, temporary, and fixed-term contract positions. I support a wide range of legal and business support roles, from legal assistants, secretaries, and paralegals to fee earners, and across vital business functions including accounts, finance, legal cashiering, marketing, administration, facilities, and mailroom operations.
My career began in retail management, where I was responsible for building high-performing teams. It was there that I discovered my passion for recruitment — recognising talent, understanding what motivates individuals, and helping them find roles where they can thrive. This natural progression into recruitment has allowed me to transfer my skills in leadership, people management, and customer service into a role where I now help firms find the right people, and people find the right opportunities.
