From my first hours supporting Shauna in my summer holiday before taking my GCSEs, I knew that the recruitment industry had found it’s newest member in me.
With an approach built on truly understanding the wants, needs, musts and mights of candidates and clients, I work with true tenacity to deliver. Deliver the service I would hope to receive, and the service our candidates and clients should hope for - to achieve their goals in recruiting and job searching.
Now managing the super Tunbridge Wells team, I work closely with each member of team TW to provide the platform they need to continue to deliver on the principles the company was founded.
We deliver high-quality service with real impact - adapting to the needs of individual circumstance, and helping our clients and candidates to get ahead of the hurdles and challenges that can sometimes unexpectedly present.
From a personal standpoint, I love recruitment for its opportunity to have an impact, to take pride in our work and for the industry’s people-centricity.
