Taking a people-first approach, I manage the delivery of temporary recruitment services to clients and candidates across Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas.
Temporary recruitment provides the optimal chance to really get to know businesses, their culture, needs, and uniquities; and to use our understanding of candidates, through investing the time to meet and get to know them, to get recruitment right!
My approach to recruitment is centred on understanding not just CVs or job profiles, but the people and businesses behind them, and creating real value by getting the right fit. Constantly building out talent pools, advising on market conditions and networking with clients, I enjoy recruitment for the opportunity to have an impact, the variety and busy-ness day-to-day and the chance to see my work come to life!
People are the centre-point of any organisation, and so for companies undergoing times of expansion, periods of busy-ness, expected/unexpected absence, or otherwise needing specialist temporary support, their ability to continue functioning and meeting the needs of their customers is determined by the people they recruit - across all employment lengths.
